Disability Support Worker – Newcastle & Surrounding Areas

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team supporting NDIS participants across Newcastle and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for support workers who are passionate about helping individuals live independently, achieve their goals, and engage within their community.

About the Role:
Supports may include:
• Community access and social support
• Transport to appointments
• Personal care and daily living assistance
• Domestic assistance and cleaning
• Meal preparation
• Emotional support and companionship
• Supporting participants to build independence and life skills

What We Are Looking For:
• Previous disability support experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient and professional attitude
• Strong communication and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability including weekdays and weekends

Essential Requirements:
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Police Check
• Working With Children Check (preferred)
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Comprehensive car insurance
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Rights to work in Australia
